We got more tomatillos in this week&#8217;s share but I still had half of last week&#8217;s tomatillos left, so I whipped up some tomatillo salsa last night after I got back from picking up the share. The first time I made tomatillo salsa I tried a recipe from epicurious that had lime juice and other things in it and it was way too watery. Yesterday I just put tomatillos, onions, cilantro and a little kosher salt in the food processor, processed until it was still chunky and it was much tastier and less runny. <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<p>On with the rest! Week 10:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/sheri219\/1137620421\/\" title=\"Photo Sharing\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/farm2.static.flickr.com\/1084\/1137620421_d1e24fe452.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"2007 CSA Week 10 - Veggies\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Summer Squash-1 pound<br \/>\nLettuce-1 head<br \/>\nBright Lights Swiss Chard-1bunch<br \/>\nRomano Beans-1 pound<br \/>\nCilantro-1 bunch<br \/>\nSungold Cherry Tomatoes-1 basket<br \/>\nLilac Peppers-2<br \/>\nSlicing Tomatoes-2 pounds<br \/>\nOrient Express Eggplant-2<br \/>\nSweet Onions-2<br \/>\nTomatillos-1 pound<br \/>\nFennel-1 head<\/p>\n<p>I finally have everything I need to make gazpacho (I have cukes leftover from last week) and I think I&#8217;ll whip up a batch tonight. The other thing I&#8217;m definitely going to make is gnocchi with sauteed eggplant, chopped tomato, and basil.
