I (or rather Mrs. StraitUp) made the chocolate chip zucchini bread from your recipe (the original one, before your substitutions) with yellow squash and it turned out great. Not sure how it'd work with some of the odder shapes, but at least normal, yellow summer squash seems to work fine.</description>
