an organic farm in South Cairo, NY. Our first delivery will be:
Rhubarb-1 bunch
Chinese Cabbage-1 bunch
Mizuna-1 bunch
Red Sails Leaf Lettuce-1 head
Bennett Buttercrunch Lettuce-2 heads
Romaine-1 head
Chives-1 bunch
Lemon Balm-1 bunch

Our first CSA delivery is on Thursday! Do you know what farm(s) supply your CSA? The word on the street for ours is that the first delivery is going to be mainly greens, as the fields in CT/NY are mud pits with all the rain we’ve been getting. Still looking forward to a summer of local foods though.. 🙂
